Custom Races and Fullbringers getting a second release state?

I believe the main reason people don't use Fullbringers is because they are simply outclassed by nearly every other race since this is a different dimenson with new things how would you feel if Fullbringers got a second release state?

full bringers aren't out classed, the only classes that are out classed is Humans, full bringers have hollow powers. And here Fullbringers use Chi as an ability, as for custom races, right now I think we are good with the canon races until I can think otherwise. I appreciate the concerns, and so too do the staff, but as it stands your suggestions will be archived for a later time on the site.
