- Effects: Black Spiritual Fabric erupts from the ground and wraps around the Target's arms Binding their arms together behind their back. While the target is bound Seven Iron Shafts slam down of the fabric holding it to the ground. Each of these shafts Reduces the Max Number of points the victim can have in a stat by one point. With all seven shafts in place the target's stats are reduced to average.
- Notes: The Fabric has a Health Equal to the Number of Shafts Currently Weighing it to the ground.
To Lift the Fabric Also Requires a Strength Equal to the Number of Shafts Weighing it down.
Each Iron Shaft Has an Advanced Health Stat.
Only a Shinigami or Vizard of Lieutenant level or above may use this Kido.
