Name of Organization: Perfection

Races Allowed: Arrancar Level Hollows, Human, Shinigami, Quincy, Fullbringers

History:

Creation: Perfection was created by Harpy Beake a powerful Arrancar that sought out others that wanted to not only get stronger but to become perfect. It in the early days Perfection was primarly Arrancar that had banded together to be even greater than much more well known and at the time powerful. After the creation of  Mount. Diamond, a large base that rivaled Loches Noches that was so tall that the top could not even be seen from below, other races including Fullbringers and Shingami came to discover what had built this large mountain and what their purpose was. Some Shingami attempted to destroy them and others joined in secret hopeing to become stronger themselves. Most Fullbringers joined after a bit of talking from Harpy.

The Rise: Harpy, her Arrancar and Fullbringers were the face of the organization while her Shingami worked in the shadows making sure that the Gotei 13 usually never interfered in Perfection's plans until it was too late or not at all. Because of Perfection's success they grew in size even allowing spiritually aware humans to join and become sciencists and test subjects. Mount. Diamond large halls were soon filled with all number of races all looking to be perfect. Harpy stepped out of the background of the group to the forfront after discovering that it was possible to combine a Vasto Lorde, Shinigami and Full Bringer of Captain Level and use their Reiastu to form an entirely new form free of flaws.  After discovering this she has been working with her Shinigami in the Gotei 13 to get a suitable test subject for the captain slot.

Goals of the organization:

To create the perfect being

To removal all flaws from all members and to increase their stengths

To find and discover all forms of life and add them into their genetics

Lead all worlds to a new order, built upon perfection

1/1: The Peak (The Leader)

0/6: The Pillars(Captain Level, Base Humans can not reach this level)

0/12: The Foundation (LT. Level to Seated Officer Level)

0/24: The Base(Two to every Foundation Member. Anyone can join at this level)

so from what I am reading here you are trying to mix all the races when all the races hate each other? and you are trying to make the perfect being mixing all the abilities together {which mind you is not allowed}

I am trying to make a perfect being which will have totally new being(It will be an NPC and either a Site Wide Protagnist or an Arc Protagnist). We are simply trying to remove all of the flaws of races themselves not mix races in everyone. That is just for the Perfect Being Experiment. All races don't hate each other either.

uh, did you not read the rules on the races, the races hate each other or they are shunned and hunted down by their kind with the exception of humans and fullbringers, though that is up to them as well. also you can't remove flaws from existing races because then that is just god modding powers onto a being that can't be defeated. Do you see where I am going with this?
